Land Transfer Act Notices.

A PPLICATION having been made to register a certain dealing affecting the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. lxix., folio 217, whereof HUGH McLACHLAN is the registered Proprietor, and also a dealing affecting mortgage No. 18770, HUGH McLACHLAN to RICHARD EVANS, and a statutory declaration of the loss of the original certificate of title and mortgage having been lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and mortgage, and register such dealings at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned ERNEST GRAY and ROBERT HAMILTON GRAY as Sheep-farmers, Farmers, and Graziers at Freshfield, Taupiri, in the Provincial District of Auckland, under the style or firm of “Gray and Son,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of October, 1892. All debts due or owing by the late partnership will be received and paid by the said Ernest Gray.
