- Maruwenua District, Sections Nos. 6 and 7, Block X; about 211 acres; term, twenty-one years; upset annual rental, £5 5s. 6d. Open, hilly country, well watered; about one and a half miles from Livingstone, fronting Maruwenua River.
Purchasers will be required to pay a half year’s rent, and lease and registration fees (£1 11s.), on fall of hammer, and to hand the auctioneer the declaration required by section 200 of “The Land Act, 1885.” The next payment of rent will become due on the 1st September, 1893.
Valuation for improvements to be paid within fourteen days from date of sale.

Pastoral Run liable to Forfeiture.

PURSUANT to section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” notice is hereby given to JAMES HAUGH, the occupier of Run 433, under Pastoral License No. 782, that the said license is liable to forfeiture; and if the rent due thereon, together with the full amount of penalty, be not paid within three months from date hereof, the same will be declared forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate’s Courthouse, High Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 7th day of November, 1892, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for investigating the transactions relative to lands mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons having any objections to the said transactions are hereby notified to attend.

District of Taupo, Provincial District of Auckland.—Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Tatua East Block.

Auckland, 12th October, 1892.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Oruanui, on the 28th day of March, 1872, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that a certificate of the title of Ihakara Kahuao and others thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made:
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the Post-office, Rotorua, from the 10th until the 24th day of November, 1892.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Registrar of the Court at Auckland, on or before the 2nd day of December, 1892, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be hereafter notified.
