As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fifteenth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-two.

Trustees for the Maintenance of the Whangateau Public Cemetery appointed.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries
Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 132 of the Parish of Omaha, 405 links; towards the east and south generally by Whangateau Harbour; and towards the west by Section No. 156a of the Parish of Omaha, and the abutment of a public road, 1169 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. |

GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries
Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JAMES FREDERICK MCKAIN
to be a Trustee, in the place of Albert Tuxford, to provide for
the maintenance and care of the Petane Public Cemetery, in
conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant
under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the
twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-four.
