Vesting a Reserve in the Te Awamutu Town Board.

GLASGOW, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of October, 1892.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was reserved permanently for a site for a public hall on the tenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Town of Te Awamutu:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of "The Public Reserves Act, 1881," doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for the purposes specified, for the use of the inhabitants of the Town of Te Awamutu, and under the control and management of the Te Awamutu Town Board.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece or parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 12 perches, more or less, situated in the Parish of Puniu, in the Puniu Survey District, and being Allotment No. 51 of the Town of Te Awamutu. Bounded towards the north-east by Redoubt Street, 175 links; towards the south-east by Allotments Nos. 52 and 54, 186 links; towards the south-west by Allotment No. 53, 175 links; and towards the north-west by Roache Street, 186 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Native Land proposed to be taken for a Road in Hukerenui Survey District: Air-line Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of October, 1892.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a public work authorised to be constructed by the Government, to wit, the construction of a road:
And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and the amendments thereof, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the Government work known as a road shall and may be constructed on or through the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

In the Land District of Auckland: as the said parcel of land is more particularly delineated on the plans marked S.G. 16009 and S.G. 16009A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Land District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Vaccination Districts constituted.

GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Wanganui and Palmerston North Districts; and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into three vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Wanganui, Hunterville, and Palmerston North Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of "The Marriage Act, 1880."

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

Trustees for the Maintenance of the Orawaiti Public Cemetery appointed.

GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.
Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
James Powell. ORAWAITI. All that parcel of land situate in the Land District of Nelson, being Section No. 62, Square 141, Kawatiri District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods, be the same more or less. Bounded on the north-east by Section 173, 600 links; on the south-east by Crown land, 680 links; on the south-west by the River Orawaiti; and on the north-west by Crown lands and Section 173, 560 links: excepting always a public road one chain in width crossing the said Section No. 62.

Bounded on the north-west by a road, 1305 links; towards the north-east by a road, 937 links; and towards the south by Lot No. 59, 1448 links.
