Bounded generally towards the north from the Shag River, by Section No. 17, Block VIII., Moeraki Survey District, and by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 18, 36, 37, 38, 39, 60, 1 of 6, and 2 of 6 of said Block VIII., bounding Sections Nos. 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of Block XIV., bounding Sections Nos. 6 and 2, and passing through Sections Nos. 7 and 3 of Block XIII., bounding Sections Nos. 6, 1 of 7, 2 of 7, 9, 11, 12, and a reserve, Block XI., by Sections Nos. 28, 27, and 26, and by a road-line bounding said Section No. 26 and Sections Nos. 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, and 20 of Block II., Moeraki

QUEENSTOWN FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north-east generally by the Shotover River; towards the south-east generally by Kawarau River and Lake Wakatipu; and towards the west generally by a due north line to Ben Lomond, a right line thence to Bowen Peak, a due north line thence to Moonlight Creek, and by that Creek to the Shotover River.
MOTUEKA FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north generally by the Riwaka River from its source to the sea; towards the east generally by the sea and Moutere River; towards the south generally by a road-line passing through Section No. 199, bounding Section No. 201, passing through Section No. 200, bounding said Section No. 200 and Sections Nos. 230, 231, and 240, by the southern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 2 of 33, 1 of 33, the western boundary-line of said Section No. 1 of 33, and the southern boundary-line of Section No. 259 and its production across the Motueka River, and by that river; and towards the south-west by the Rocky River to its source, and by a right line to the source of the Riwaka River.
HAVELOCK FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north-west and north generally by the road forming the western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 36 and 81, and by the western boundary-line of said Section No. 81 from the Pelorus River to the north-western corner of Section No. 81; thence by a right line to Trig. Station B; thence by a right line to the northernmost corner of Section No. 59; thence by a right line to Trig. Station C; and thence by a right line to the easternmost corner of Kaiuma Run; towards the east generally by a right line; thence to the easternmost corner of Section No. 2 on Mahakipawa Arm, by the road-line bounding that section to the southernmost corner of said Section No. 2, by a right line thence to the easternmost corner of Section No. 51, by a right line thence to Trig. Station Y, and by a right line thence to Trig. Station X; and towards the south-west generally by a right line to the southernmost corner of Section No. 158, by the southern boundary-lines of said Section No. 158 and Sections Nos. 34 and 42, and by Section No. 70 to its north-west corner; thence by a right line to Trig. Station W; thence by a right line to the westernmost corner of Section No. 53; thence by a right line to the westernmost corner of Section No. 108; thence by a right line to Trig. NASEBY FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north generally by the summit of the Hawkduu Mountains; towards the east by a line due south to the source of the Little Kyeburn River, by that river and by Kyeburn River; towards the south by Blocks VIII., VII., and VI. of Maniototo Survey District; towards the south-west by the Dunstan-Dunedin Road to the Wetherburn; and towards the north-west by the Wetherburn to its source, by a right line thence to Little Ida Mountain, and by the summit of a leading spur to the summit of the Hawkduu Mountains first mentioned.
CROMWELL FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the west generally by the Kirtle Burn to its source; towards the north and north-east generally by a right line thence to Mount Pisa; thence by a right line to the source of Lochar Burn; thence by Lochar Burn to the Clutha River, by that river to a point opposite the mouth of the Bannockburn; thence by a right line across the said Clutha River to and by the Bannockburn to its source, and by a due east line to the summit of the Dunstan Mountains; towards the south-east by that summit to Leaning Rock Mountain, by a right line thence to the source of Leaning Rock Creek, and by that creek to the Clutha River, by a right line
