Dubl. 1859, now residing in Auckland, having, on this 10th day of September, 1892, deposited evidence of my qualifications with the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages at Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to him to be registered under “The New Zealand Medical Practitioners Act, 1869,” on the 18th day of October, 1892.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned, who have carried on the business of Decorative House Painters, Plumbers, and Ornamental Glaziers at Hawera, under the style or firm of “R. and F. Squire,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that F. Squire will pay all liabilities of the firm and receive all debts owing to the firm.

BOROUGH OF ROSS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Ross have, by special order under clauses 234 and 235 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886,” made a new street, starting from the south-west end of Sale Street, and terminating at a point on the Donoghue’s Road near Mr. H. Adamson’s house. The course of the road is round the ends of the Mont d’Or Gold-mining Company’s sluice-boxes.

The Supplement will be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on payment of a special subscription of ten shillings per annum, payable in advance to the Government Printer.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 28s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
