Trustees for the Maintenance of the West Waitapu
Cemetery appointed.
GLASGOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries
Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the cemetery specified in the second
column of the said Schedule.

this fourteenth day of September, one thousand
eight hundred and ninety-two.

Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries
Act, 1882,” I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons
whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule
hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and
care of the public cemetery specified in the second column
of the said Schedule.
