IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, dated the 19th day of July, 1892, confirming the cancellation and reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £115,625 to £106,250, and the minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statutes, were registered by the Registrar of Joint-stock Companies on the 21st day of July, 1892; and notice is further given that the said minute is in the words and figures following, namely: “The capital of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) is from henceforth £106,250, divided into 25,000 shares of £4 5s. each, on 21,669 of which the sum of 7s. 6d. has been and is to be deemed paid up, the remaining 3,331 shares being unissued, instead of the former capital of £115,625, divided into 25,000 shares of £4 12s. 6d. each.”

NOTICE of the Intention of PIERCE LANIGAN, of the City of Auckland, Contractor, to apply for an Order authorising him to construct a Tramway at Kuaotuna, within the County of Coromandel, along the Route mentioned in the following Advertisement.
NOTICE is hereby given that, after the expiration of thirty days from the publication of this advertisement, application is intended to be made to His Excellency the Governor in Council for an order empowering the above-named Pierce Lanigan to construct and use a tramway at Kuaotuna, within the County of Coromandel, along and over the following route, namely:—
Main Line: Commencing at a point situate at high watermark fourteen chains north from the landing-place at the end of the main road known as Torea Road, in the Township of Kuaotuna, and thence to the said landing-place; thence proceeding along the said main road forty-two and a half chains; thence in a northerly direction over and along the swamp, across Cemetery Road at sixty chains, and rejoining the main road at seventy-six chains; thence along the same road to seventy-seven and a half chains; then leaving the main road and running along the west side thereof to one mile one chain; thence along the main road one mile eleven chains; then leaving the main road and proceeding along the western side thereof across rights-of-way at one mile twenty-four chains and one mile thirty-one chains respectively to the Creek Reserve, and over and along the said reserve to one mile thirty-six chains; then leaving the Creek Reserve on the west side at one mile forty-two chains, crossing the same; thence along the east side of the Creek Reserve, and again crossing the same at one mile forty-seven chains; thence crossing the creek at one mile forty-nine chains, and recrossing at one mile fifty-two chains to the main road at one mile fifty-five chains; thence along the main road to one mile sixty-four chains; then leaving the said road and
