"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

Auckland, 12th January, 1892.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at Whangarei, on the 3rd day of February, 1892, for investigating the several cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to the said dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

91–120. A CONVEYANCE dated the 12th November, 1885, made by Matire Hirawani, of Ketenikau, Whangarei, to Hira Tauru, Pomare Kingi, of Ngararatunua, Whangarei, James Whitelaw, Henry Charles Holman, of Te Kamo, Whangarei.
91–121. A conveyance dated the 26th August, 1889, made by Pomare Kingi and Hira Tauru to Kamo Town Board.

91–123. A conveyance dated the 19th November, 1891, made by Henare Panoho, of Te Poroti, Whangarei, to George Hamlin, of Tangiteroria.
Notice under "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888."
I, HUGH GARDEN SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that on the 7th day of November, 1891, the land mentioned in the Schedule herein became owned by not more than twenty Natives.
And, further, that, apart from any other restrictions to which the same may be subject, dealings with the said land ceased to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 15th day of December, 1891.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order for a rehearing of the Ngawakaakupe Block has been amended by the insertion of the following words: “And other persons who on any ground have upon the first hearing been declared owners of any portion of the said land,” after the words “the Ngatihikawera hapu.”
