COMMISSIONER OF THE SUPREME COURT APPOINTED.

NOTICE.—CHRISTOPHER COLEMAN GILL, of Bath, England, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature, England, has been appointed this day, by His Honour Mr. Justice Conolly a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in England, under the second section of “The Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,” for the purpose of taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
