Land Transfer Act Notices.
A STATUTORY declaration, by ROBERT FERGUSON CUTHBERTSON, of Invercargill, Accountant, of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. iii., folio 89, and also of certificate of title, Vol. xxii., folio 60, of which JOHN McINDOE, of Otagara Bush, Farmer, is the registered owner, having been lodged with me, and application made for the issue of provisional certificates of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue provisional certificates of title as requested at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Mining Notices.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and its amendments, and of the New Era Dredging and Mining Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the company’s office, Dunedin, on the 23rd day of June, 1892, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place, on the 11th day of July, 1892, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.: “That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Andrew Hamilton, of Dunedin, and Arthur John Burns, of Dunedin, be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. James Barry, of Wellington, Builder, has resigned his office of Manager for the Star Antimony Company (No Liability), and Mr. THOMAS KENNEDY MACDONALD, of the City of Wellington, Auctioneer, has been duly appointed Manager of the said company in his stead. And notice is further given that the registered office of the said company has been changed from the offices of Messieurs Barry and McDowell, Pipitea Street, Wellington, to the offices of Mr. Thomas Kennedy Macdonald, No. 3, Panama Street, Wellington.

THE HILDA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the Hilda Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened and held at the company’s office, 28 and 29, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of June, 1892, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place, on Friday, the 8th day of July, 1892, the subjoined special resolution was duly confirmed, viz.: “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’”
And at such last meeting Mr. JOHN WAYMOUTH, of Auckland, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up.

KUAOTUNU BONANZA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the above company, held at the company’s office, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 11th May, 1892, it was resolved, “That, it having been proved to the shareholders of this company that owing to its liabilities it is impossible to carry on the business, the company go into voluntary liquidation; and that Mr. William Gray be appointed Liquidator.”
