I, WALTER HISLOP, Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), do solemnly and sincerely declare—

That the liability of members is limited.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above named company are required, on or before the 14th day of July, 1892, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the undersigned, Alexander Bartleman, of Bond Street, Dunedin, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE OF TAKING LANDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wairoa Road Board proposes executing a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road through Section No. 141, Block I., Wairoa Survey District; and for the purpose of such public work to take, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1882," and the amendments thereto, the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which said lands are owned by Ngairo, Te Hokinga, Takurangi, Rawiri, Te Aotanga, Rangitaumua, Turi, Tuta, Paraeroa, Marino, Te Kawau, Tauroa, Tuirirangi, Wiremu Ngapaki, Mukakai, Hakapa Raumeti, Tongamihi, Herepu, Tokimate, Wiremu Kingi Hingapounamu, Raukura, Waitohu, Te Urumanako Tainakore, Miriama, Ngauru, Meti-nia, Meri Komene, Eria, Ngakawe, Ngatotau, Mere Pounamu, Kurawai, Pahuna, Tukupoto, and Rangiwhanake, all of Whenuakura, aboriginal natives of New Zealand, and occupied by Walter Symes, of Waverley, Farmer. And notice is hereby further given that a copy of the plan of the said road and of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the residence of Mr. Walter Symes, being Section No. 121, Okotuku District, and is there open for inspection. And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections thereto, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the said Wairoa Road Board, at its office in the Township of Waverley.
