“Native Land Court Act, 1880.”—Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Waipaoa No. 1 Block.

Native Land Court Office, Gisborne, 1st June, 1892.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Gisborne on the 24th day of January, 1881, and following days, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land that the names of Paora Haupa and others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made :

Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey is now deposited for inspection at the office of the Registrar of the Native Land Court at Gisborne.

If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of his objection, on or before the 13th day of June, 1892. All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Gisborne, on the 14th day of June, 1892.
