Heavy bush land, lying eleven miles eastward of Opunake, nine and a half miles north of Otakeho, and twelve and a half miles westward of Stratford, on the Opunake-Stratford Road, at its intersection with the Aurora Road.
Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall be null and void.
Plans may be inspected, and schedules and all information obtained, at this office, and at the County Council Office, Stratford.

WHEREAS on the 25th day of February, 1889, orders were made by the Native Land Court partitioning the land known as Paeroa No. 1, situate at Wairoa, in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, to the Registrar: And whereas it has been notified by the surveyor authorised to carry out the survey of the said partition that a deviation from the lines laid down by the Court would be expedient: Notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be held at Te Wairoa, on the 13th day of July, 1892, the Court will make inquiry into the matters above set out, and will therein make such orders and reports as to the Court may seem fit.
