PAHIATUA FACTORY DISTRICT.
Commencing at a point where the northern boundary of the Wellington Provincial District crosses the summit of the Puketoi Range. Bounded towards the north-east by Wai-pawa County to Oroua County ; thence towards the north-west by Oroua County to the easternmost corner of Horowhenua County on the Tararua Range at Arawaru Mountain ; thence towards the south-west and south generally by a straight line to the northernmost corner of Section No. 20, Block XIV., Mangahao Survey District, by that section, and Sections Nos. 20A and 25 of Block II., and Section No. 6 of Block III. to Section No. 7 of Block III., Mangaone Survey District, and by the last-mentioned section to Mount Heale Trig. Station ; thence by Sections Nos. 7, 8, and part of Section No. 9 in the same block to Section No. 29, Block III., Mangaone Survey District ; thence by the last-mentioned section to its north-west corner ; thence by Sections Nos. 29 and 31, Block III., and Section No. 31A, Block IV., Mangaone Survey District, and across a public road to the Mangaone Stream ; thence by that stream to the southern boundary of Section No. 16 ; thence by Section No. 12 and the road forming the northern boundary of Sections Nos. 12 and 15 to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section No. 175, Block VI. ; thence by a line to and by that section and Section No. 61 to its north-eastern corner, and by a straight line in a north-easterly direction to Trig. Station, Puketoi ; and thence by the summit of the Puketoi Range to the point of commencement.
BLUFF FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north by the ocean and New River Estuary ; towards the east by Blocks VI., III., and XII., Campbelltown Hundred ; towards the south-east, east, and north-east by Bluff Harbour ; and again towards the south-east and towards the south-west by the ocean.
WINTON FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the west generally by the Oreti River ; towards the north-east by the East Dipton Township and Section No. 576, Hokonui Survey District, by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 575 and 572, by Sections Nos. 577 and 334, the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 657, by Sections Nos. 656 and 428, all of the said district, to the Otapiri Stream ; towards the east by that stream ; towards the north by Hokonui Survey District ; again towards the east by a forest preservation reserve, by Sections Nos. 169 and 221, Forest Hill Hundred, by the north-easten boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 53 and 142 to the easternmost corner of last-mentioned section, by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 68, and by the eastern boundary-line of that section to a road-line ; towards the south by that road-line bounding Sections Nos. 186, 185, and 184, and by Section No. 184 to the Makarewa River, by that river, across a road, and by Sections Nos. 262 and 289, and the northern boundary-line of the last-named section produced to New River Hundred, and by New River Hundred to the Oreti River.
EDENDALE FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north by Lyndhurst and Lothian Survey Districts ; towards the east generally by the Mataura River ; towards the south by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 53, 54, 55, 33, 32, 31, 30, 29, 20, 18, and 17, Block I, Mataura Hundred, and by the Oteramika Stream ; and towards the north-east by Lothian Survey District.
WYNDHAM FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the west by the Mataura River ; towards the north-west by Mararua Stream to its source ; towards the north-east by the summit of the range and a leading spur to the confluence of the Waiarikihi Stream and Mimi-hau Stream ; again towards the north-east and north-west by a leading spur and the summit of Slopedown Range ; again towards the north-east and towards the south-east and south-west by the summit of the watershed of the Mokouta River, passing over Kuriwao Hill, and by the leading spur to the Mataura River.
RIVERTON FACTORY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Waiau River ; towards the north by Waiau Survey District ; towards the east by Aparima and Jacob’s River Hundreds ; again towards the north by Block XX., a road-line south of Block XIII. and north-east of Blocks V. and IV., by Section No. 25, Block IX., across a road, and by north-west boundary of Section No. 31 to Aparima River ; towards the south-east by that river to a point opposite the north-eastern corner of Section No. 59, Block VI. ; towards the north-east by a line to that corner, and by Sections Nos. 54 and 50, across a road, Section No. 1, Block VII., across a road, Sections Nos. 1A, 2, and 7, Block XIII., Jacob’s River Hundred, and Riverton Harbour Endowment to the ocean ; and generally towards the south and south-west by the ocean.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of May, 1892.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the one hundred and sixty-third section of “The Land Act, 1885,” it is enacted that the Governor in Council may from time to time make, alter, and repeal regulations for fixing the terms and conditions upon which the lands in any special settlement shall be disposed of, and the mode of payment for the same :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the hereinbefore in part recited Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby make the following regulation fixing the terms and conditions on which the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be disposed of, and the mode of payment for the same, that is to say :—
REGULATION.
The said sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be leased and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Village-homestead Regulations, made by Order in Council issued under the said Act on the 27th February, 1891, all the terms and conditions of which said regulations shall and may be applied to such land accordingly.
