SUTHERLAND’S MANURE COMPANY (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, Crawford Street, in Dunedin, on the 28th day of March, 1892, the following resolution was duly passed :—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting THOMAS CALLENDER, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the affairs of the company and distributing the property.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Paterangi Cheese and Dairy Produce Company (Limited), held at Paterangi, on the 24th day of September, 1891, the following special resolutions were passed,—

  1. “That the Paterangi Cheese and Dairy Produce Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily;” and
  2. “That Alexander Ligertwood be appointed Liquidator at a remuneration of £5;”
    and confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting, held at Paterangi, on the 15th day of October, 1891.
