ROAD ROUND THE ROCKS, NELSON.
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to “The Public Works Act, 1882,” that the Council of the City of Nelson intend to take, for the construction of a road 60ft. wide, known as the Road round the Rocks, certain land in the said city, being 3 roods and 32 perches, more or less, parts of Sections 1 and 2, City of Nelson, and 14 acres granted to Matthew Richmond, and which said land so proposed to be taken is shown on the plan thereof now open for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, Nelson, during office hours.
All persons affected by the said road are hereby required to send in to the said Council, within forty days from the first publication hereof, written notice of any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said work or the taking of the said land.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to “The Public Works Act, 1882,” that the Waimea County Council intend to take, for the construction of a road 60ft. wide, known as the Road round the Rocks, certain land in the Stoke Riding of the said county, being 3 acres 1 rood 34 perches, part of Sections 1 and 2, Suburban South, and which said land so proposed to be taken is shown on the plan thereof now open for inspection at the residence of Mr. John Naylor, Stoke, during all reasonable hours.
All persons affected by the said road are hereby required to send in to the said Council, within forty days from the first publication hereof, written notice of any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said work or the taking of the said land.
