"THE KAIHAU TRUST MONEY ACT, 1892."
NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended, at the ensuing
sitting of Parliament, opening at Wellington on the
23rd day of June next, to apply for leave to bring in a Bill
intituled "An Act to amend a Deed of Trust made between
Aihipene Kaihau, Kerei Tamarere, and Henare Ngaroma
Kaihau, of the one part, and the Public Trustee, of the other
part, and dated the 30th day of November, 1885."
The objects of such intended application are to provide
that,—

Notwithstanding anything in the said deed of trust
contained, the Public Trustee shall be deemed to have held,
and shall henceforth hold, the trust money and the invest-
ments in the said deed referred to for the said Aihipene
Kaihau, Kerei Tamarere, and Henare Ngaroma Kaihau in
manner following, that is to say: as to Aihipene Kaihau
and Kerei Tamarere one-fourth share each, and as to
Henare Ngaroma Kaihau two-fourth shares, as tenants in
common. -
The said Aihipene Kaihau, Kerei Tamarere, and Henare
Ngaroma Kaihau, any or either of them, may, with the con-
sent of the Governor, withdraw and receive from time to
time any part and parts of the principal of their respective
shares of the said trust money or of the investments repre-
senting the same.
Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the Examiner's
Office on the 23rd day of June next.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 2s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are
issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
