NOTICE is hereby given that CHARLES WILLIAM HAWKINS, of 101, George Street, Dunedin, New Zealand, Medical Herbalist, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a description:—

The words

SPRING BLOSSOM.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Substances prepared for use in medicine and medicated articles.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicant desires the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 3.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable with such notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that THOMAS HINSHELWOOD, trading as “Thomas Hinshelwood and Co.,” of Glasgow, Scotland, Drysalter and Oil Merchant, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

The applicant claims, as the essential particulars of this trade-mark, the device as represented, and he disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the words “Reapers Oil” and “Guaranteed not to clog.”
