IN pursuance of the provision of section 15 of "The Marriage Act, 1880," I do hereby notify that the name of
The Reverend EDGAR HERBERT WYATT
has been withdrawn from the list of Officiating Ministers, in consequence of his having ceased to hold ecclesiastical office in the Diocese of Wellington; and the said Edgar Herbert Wyatt ceases to be an Officiating Minister within the meaning of the said Act from the date of the publication of this notice.

Patent Office Supplement.
A SEPARATE Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is now published fortnightly, containing all notices concerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents, expired letters patent, and other information useful to inventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on payment of a special subscription of ten shillings per annum, payable in advance to the Government Printer.

Notice under "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888."
I, HUGH GARDEN SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that on or before the 24th day of February, 1892, the land mentioned in the Schedule herein became owned by not more than twenty Natives; and, further, that dealings with the said land will cease to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on or before the 2nd day of April, 1892.
