has been pleased to appoint the Library, Fairlie
Creek, which is situated in the County of Mackenzie, to be
a place at which the plans of certain lands proposed to be
taken for the purposes of the Fairlie Creek Water-races
shall be deposited, as provided by section 13 of “The Water-
supply Act, 1891.”

THE following special orders, made by the Moa Road
Board, are published in accordance with “The Road
Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Moa Road Board, in the
County of Taranaki, on the 27th day of February, 1892,
and confirmed on the 30th day of March, 1892.
THAT, to secure the payment of a loan of £200, to be raised
under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,”
for the purpose of forming the Ratapiko Road, a special rate
of 2d. in the pound be made and levied on all rateable pro-
perty within the Ratapiko Special Rating District, com-
prising the following lands, viz.: Sections 36, 37, 38, 39, 40,
41, 42, 49, 50, 51, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, Block VI., Huiroa
Survey District. Such rate to be an annually-recurring
rate for twenty-six years, and shall be payable, in two half-
yearly instalments, on the 1st day of January and the 1st
day of July in each year.
I certify that the above special order has been duly made
in accordance with section 75, “Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Moa Road Board, in the
County of Taranaki, on the 27th day of February, 1892,
and confirmed on the 30th day of March, 1892.

Road, a special rate of 3d. in the pound be made and

an annually-recurring rate for twenty-six years, and shall be
payable, in two half-yearly instalments, on the 1st day of
January and the 1st day of July in each year.

THE following special orders, made by the Eketauna
Road Board, are published in accordance with “The
Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Eketauna Road Board, at
a Meeting held on Wednesday, 30th March, 1892.
THAT the Eketauna Road Board be dissolved, and that the
Eketauna Road District be divided into four wards, to be
called No. 1 Ward, No. 2 Ward, No. 3 Ward, and No. 4
Ward. That the Board to be elected shall consist of seven
members. No. 1 Ward to be represented by two members,
No. 2 Ward by two members, No. 3 Ward by one member,
and No. 4 Ward by two members.
That No. 1 Ward be bounded towards the north-east by
the south-western boundary of the Pahiatua County from
Arawara Trig. Station to its intersection with the centre of
the Makakahi River; towards the south-east by the centre
of the Makakahi River to the south-east corner of Section
No. 75, Block V., Mangaone Survey District; towards the
south by the southern boundary of Section No. 75 aforesaid,
the northern boundary of Sections Nos. 2 and 7, same block,
the northern boundary of Section No. 1, Block VII., Tararua
Survey District, the southern boundary of Sections Nos. 26,
27, 28, and 29, same block, and thence along the south
boundary of Blocks VII. and VI., same survey district, to
the north-eastern boundary of the Mauriceville Road Dis-
trict; towards the south-west by the north-eastern boundary
of said road district; towards the north-west by the north-
western boundary of the Wairarapa North County to the
starting-point.
That No. 2 Ward be bounded towards the north-east by
the southern boundary of the Pahiatua County from its
intersection with the centre of the Makakahi River to the
south-east corner of Section No. 33, Block III., Mangaone
Survey District; thence along part of the south-eastern
boundary of said section, the south-western boundary of
Sections Nos. 27 and 30, crossing intervening road, same
block; thence along the south-west boundary of Section No.
