ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirty-first day of March, 1892.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the one hundred and sixty-third section of “The Land Act, 1885,” it is enacted that the Governor in Council may from time to time make, alter, and repeal regulations for fixing the terms and conditions upon which the lands in any special settlement shall be disposed of, and the mode of payment for the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the hereinbefore in part recited Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby make the following regulations, fixing the terms and conditions on which the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be disposed of, and the mode of payment for the same, that is to say:—
REGULATIONS.
The said sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be leased and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the village-homestead regulations made by Order in Council issued under the said Act on the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, all the terms and conditions of which said regulations shall and may be applied to such land accordingly.

Vesting Reserves in the Little River Road District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this thirty-first day of March, 1892.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto were reserved permanently for the purposes stated in the said Schedule on the dates specified therein:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said lands in the inhabitants of the Little River Road District:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said reserves mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for the purposes specified, for the use of the inhabitants of the Little River Road District, and under the control and management of the Board of such district.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was permanently reserved for a ferry on the twentieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said land in the inhabitants of the Whakatane County:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall become vested, in trust, for a ferry, for the use of the inhabitants of the Whakatane County, and under the control and management of the County Council of such county.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 rood, being Section No. 4 of Block III., Town of Ohiwa, in the Whakatane Survey District, Land District of Auckland. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 3, 200 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 7, 125 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 5, 200 links; and towards the north-west by a street, 125 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

WHEREAS the members of the Board of Trustees elected for the North Wairarapa Rabbit District, a district constituted under the provisions of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act 1882 Amendment Act, 1886” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), have severally tendered their resignations as such members, and the said Board has practically ceased to exist: And whereas it appears expedient to abolish the said district:
