A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the lands enumerated in the Schedule herewith for sale as village settlements, upon such terms and conditions as are set forth in an Order of Council of even date herewith, and made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section of the said Act.
