WAIMATA ROAD DISTRICT BOARD.

THE following is the result of a poll taken on the 21st day of March, 1892, on the proposal to borrow £1,200, under the provisions of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the purpose of constructing the Waimata River Road, from the point of the county road, Waimata, known as “The Cabstand,” to the boundary of Sections 26 and 27, Whataupoko G, within the said road district :—

Number of ratepayers on roll of special district 4, representing 10 votes; number of ratepayers who voted for the proposal 4, representing 10 votes.

As all the ratepayers on the special roll voted in favour of the proposal, I declare the same to be carried.
