NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the South Wairarapa Working-men's Club Company (Limited), held at the company's registered office at Greytown on the 5th day of March, 1892, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held at the said office on the 21st day of March, 1892, the following special resolution was duly passed and confirmed: -
"That Messrs. William Skeet and A. L. Webster be appointed Liquidators, at a fee of three guineas each; and that the company be wound up voluntarily."
