Nature of Investigation.
Whereas, on the 13th September, 1878, orders were made for the issue of memorials of ownership for parts of the Moehau Block, called respectively Moehau No. 1G and Moehau No. 1N: And whereas the memorial of ownership has issued for No. 1G wrongly, including therein the land called Moehau No. 1N: And whereas it is proposed to cancel the memorial of ownership for Moehau No. 1G, so issued in error, in order that fresh memorials of ownership may be issued for Moehau No. 1G and Moehau No. 1N respectively: Now, notice is hereby given that inquiry will be made into the alleged wrongful issue of the memorial of ownership for Moehau No. 1G, and opportunity given for any persons interested to be heard by the Court before the said memorial is cancelled and fresh memorials issued for Moehau Nos. 1G and 1N as proposed.
