NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES HENNESSY AND Co., of Cognac, France, Brandy Merchants, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the series of four trade-marks, of the first of which the following is a representation:—

The second and third consist of the name as shown, with representations of two and three stars respectively; and the fourth, of the name printed in the same manner, together with the letters “V.O.”
The applicants claim to have used this series of trade-marks before the year 1876.
