Bounded on the north-east by Section No. 7 of Block II. aforesaid, 400 links; on the south-east by Queen Street, 65 links; on the south by Section No. 13, Block V., Campbelltown Hundred, 409 links; and on the north-west by Quarry Reserve, 157 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Invercargill. For a public-hall site.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the third section of "The Land Act Amendment Act, 1887" (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection, after the lapse of a period of not less than forty-five days from the date of the first public notification hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, in the manner and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act, and at the price per acre stated in the said Schedule.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Hokianga County.-Mangamuka Survey District.
UNSURVEYED SECOND-CLASS LAND.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District situate in Block XII., Mangamuka Survey District, and containing approximately 616 acres. Bounded towards the north-east, south-east, south, and south-west by unadjudicated Native land; and towards the north-west by land granted to Captain McDonnell (Old Land Claim No. 102) to the point of commencement.
About 200 acres mixed bush, remainder open land, situated near Horeke, Hokianga. Cash price, 10s. an acre.
