THOMAS DUNLOP, Esq., of Thames,
PATRICK QUIRK CAPLES, Esq., of Reefton, and
GEORGE CASLEY, Esq., of Reefton,
all in the Colony of New Zealand, being holders of 1st class
mine-managers' certificates, to be a Board of Examiners to
conduct examinations of applicants for certificates as mine-
managers or engine-drivers respectively for the purposes of
the said Act.
And, in further exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me as aforesaid, I do hereby name the said Director of
the Geological Survey of New Zealand as Chairman of the
said Board.
