SCHEDULE.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 25 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, in the Land District of Auckland, situate in the Opuawhanga Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide, traversing the Wairahi Block; the northern side of which commences at peg 115, on the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 4, Block V., and proceeds in a westerly direction to the western boundary-line of the said block: as the same is delineated on the plans marked S.G. 12979, 12979A, and 12979B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Land District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Trustees for the Maintenance of the Otahuhu Public Cemetery appointed.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

The Otahuhu Road Board. OTAHUHU.
All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Lots Nos. 6, 8, and 10 of the Village of Otahuhu, Parish of Manurewa, Otahuhu Survey District, Land District of Auckland. Bounded towards the north by Lot No. 4, 400 links; towards the east by a road, 750 links; towards the south by a road, 400 links; and towards the west by Lots Nos. 5, 7, and 9, 750 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1883,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

WILLIAM LUMSDEN MACALISTER,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under “The Post Office Act, 1881,” at Mokihinui, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two hundred and thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

As witness my hand, at Dunedin, in the colony aforesaid, this fifth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.
