Native Land Court Notices.

Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plans.—Mokau.

Mohakatino No. 2A Block.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 30th December, 1891.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Mokau on the 25th day of May, 1889, and following days, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, declaring Huakirua and others to be the owners thereof: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such land will be deposited for inspection at the Post-office, Waitara, on the 28th day of January, 1892, until the 11th day of February, 1892.

If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Native Land Court Office, at Auckland, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections must be sent in to the office before the 18th day of February, 1892.

Notice under The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888.

HUGH CARR ROLLESTON, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888, give notice that on the 18th day of November, 1891, the land mentioned in the schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act.

And, further, that, apart from any other restrictions to which the said land may be subject, dealings therewith ceased to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 17th day of December, 1891.

HUGH CARR ROLLESTON, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888, give notice that on the 7th day of November, 1891, the land mentioned in the schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act.

And, further, that, apart from any other restrictions to which the said land may be subject, dealings therewith ceased to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 17th day of December, 1891.
