The applicants claim that the essential particular of this trade-mark is the whole print or brand as delineated, except the words “ Dairy Factory,” the right to the exclusive use of which they disclaim. They also claim to have used the mark before the date of the passing of “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” having used it first in 1887.

Nature of the Article to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.

Butter.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 42.
