NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting
with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Wellington,
on the 21st day of December, 1891, resume the inquiry and
determine upon the application for rehearing mentioned in
the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said
application are required to attend at the time and place
aforesaid.

Alienation of Section No. 637, City of Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of the Court to
be held at Wellington, on the 19th day of December,
1891, inquiry will be made with regard to the proposed
alienation of Section No. 637, City of Wellington, as to the
extent of the other lands owned by the grantees therein or
their heirs and successors.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse,
at High Street, Auckland, on the 11th day of January, 1892,
at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for investigating the case men-
tioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place
all persons having objections to any of the dealings are here-
by notified to attend.

I, HUGH GARDEN SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed
upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that the lands
mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act on the days
mentioned in the second column of the said Schedule.
And, further, that dealings with the said lands, apart from any other restriction upon alienation to which the same
may be subject, ceased to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the days mentioned in the third column of
the said Schedule.
