NOTICE is hereby given that GEORGE GLEDHILL, of Rutland Street, Auckland, New Zealand, Mineral-water Manufacturer, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation :—

Mineral and aerated waters, natural and artificial, including ginger-beer.

NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM CHARLES LANGSTONE, of Greytown, Wellington, New Zealand, Veterinary Surgeon, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation :—

The applicant claims, as the essential particulars of the above represented trade-mark, the representation of a sheep, above which is a star and the letters W. C. L., and on the right and left-hand side of which are the letters V. and S. respectively, and disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the words “Trade Mark,” “Vermifuge,” and “Intestinal and Bronchial Parasites.”

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.
A vermifuge remedy for intestinal and bronchial parasites in sheep.
