NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one month from the date of the gazetting of this notice.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the Teremakau Quartz-mining Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named Teremakau Quartz-mining Company (Limited), held in the rooms of the Corn Exchange, Cashel Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 30th day of November, 1891, for the purpose of considering the question of a voluntary winding-up of the said company, the following resolutions were passed:—
(a.) “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily.”
(b.) “That Alfred Bullock, of Christchurch, Gentleman, and Thomas Adolph Arrowsmith, of Christchurch, Accountant, be appointed the Liquidators of the same.”
