Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of Roads over
Land in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of
Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the land
specified, under warrants of the date given, in the said
Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District,
containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 33 perches,
more or less, situate in the Mount Robinson Survey District,
being a road, 100 links wide, the centre line of which
commences at a point on the north-eastern boundary of
Section No. 12 of the Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 2E Block
(marked A on the plan hereinafter referred to) distant
6866 links from the northernmost corner of that section;
and proceeds thence in a south-westerly direction over Sec-
tions Nos. 12, 11, 10, and 9 of the aforesaid block to a point
on the southern boundary of Section No. 9 (marked C
on the plan hereinafter referred to) distant 6229 links from
its westernmost corner: be the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that parcel of land in the Wellington Land Dis-
trict, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 2 perches,
more or less, situate in the Mount Robinson Survey District,
being a road, 100 links wide, the centre line of which com-
mmences at a point on the north-eastern boundary of Section
No. 7 of the Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 2E Block (marked
D on the plan hereinafter referred to) distant 6073 links
from the northernmost corner of that Section; and proceeds
thence in a south-westerly direction over Sections Nos. 7, 6,
and 5 of the said block to a point on the south-western
boundary of Section No. 5 (marked B on the plan herein-
after referred to) distant 5923 links from its north-western
corner: be the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same
are delineated on plan marked P.W. 559, deposited in the
District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington.

Date of Governor's warrant, 29th December, 1887.

All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 5 perches, more or
less, situate in the Mount Robinson Survey District, being
a road, 100 links wide, the centre line of which commences
at a point on the southern boundary of Section No. 9 of the
Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 2E Block (marked C on the plan
hereinafter referred to) distant 6229 links from the south-
westernmost corner of that section; and proceeds thence in
a south-westerly direction over Section No. 8 of the aforesaid
block to a point on the northern boundary of Section No. 7
(marked D on the plan hereinafter referred to) distant 6073
links from its north-western corner: be the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan marked
P.W. 559, deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office,
Wellington.

Date of Governor's warrant, 29th December, 1887.

Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of
Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley,
of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron
Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and
of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron
Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's
Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under
the Seal of the said Colony, at Christchurch, this
twenty-first day of November, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

Native Licensing District abolished.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-
third day of November, 1891.

Present:
THE HONOURABLE THE PREMIER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

W HEREAS by the seventeenth section of "The Licens-
ing Act, 1881," it is enacted that the Governor, by
Order in Council, may from time to time alter the limits of
any Native licensing districts or abolish the same: And
whereas it is expedient to abolish the Native Licensing
District of Raglan:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of all powers
and authorities enabling him in this behalf, and by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said colony, doth hereby abolish, from and after the
thirtieth day of November instant, the said Native Licensing
District of Raglan.
