Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Patent Office,
Wellington, 12th November, 1891.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-men-
tioned applications for Letters Patent have been ac-
cepted, and are open to public inspection at this office.
Any person may, at any time within two months from the
date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate,
of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in
such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of
10s. should accompany such notice:—

No. 4845.—6th February, 1891.—WILLIAM CUTHBERT, of
Hull Street, Oamaru, New Zealand, Building-contractor.—
An invention for cutting stone, to be called " A Reciprocating
Toothed Saw-frame Stone-cutter." (Specification, 1s. 6d.;

Sydney, New South Wales, Civil Engineer (Assignee of John

for apparatus for securing buttons to garments or other

turer. An invention for a cooking-range, to be called

CONE, of Kaiapoi, New Zealand, Saddler. An invention for
an adjustable horse-collar and harness combined. (Specifica-

MORE NOBLE, Mechanician, and MICHAEL SCOTT CAMPBELL,
Gentleman, both of Christchurch, New Zealand. An inven-

lifting gates for sheep-yards, woolsheds, and similar pur-
