NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM LAWSON, trading as “W. Lawson and Co.,” of No. 20, Reform Street, Dundee, in Scotland, and elsewhere, Wine and Spirit Merchant, has applied to register, under “The Patents Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

LAWSON’S LIQUEUR WHISKY.

The applicant claims, as the essential particular of the above trade-mark, the label as shown, with the exception of the words “Liqueur Whisky,” and the word “Dundee,” and disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the former words, viz., “Liqueur Whisky.”

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-mark shall apply.
