Land Transfer Act Notices.

A STATUTORY declaration of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. i., folio 89, whereof THOMAS PANNETT is the registered Proprietor, having been lodged with me, and an application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall issue the provisional certificate, as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 16th day of November, 1891.

Mining Notices.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT WATER-RACE.

“THE MINING ACT 1886 AMENDMENT ACT, 1887.”

Table Hill, 2nd October, 1891.

To the Warden at Lawrence.

I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a Water-race to divert and use water for mining purposes, commencing at a point in creek about a quarter of a mile east from Mr. Flett’s residence, and passing through Sections 12, 37, and part of 36, all in Block VI., Table Hill District, and terminating at dam in Section 36, Table Hill District. Pegs marked X.

The length of such race is half a mile or thereabouts, and its intended course is east.

The mean depth of such race is 10in., and the mean breadth is 1ft. 3in., and it is proposed to divert two Government-heads of water.

Cost of construction, £5; time required for construction, one month.

Any person objecting to the granting of this application must lodge his objection in writing at the Warden’s Office, at Lawrence, within fourteen clear days from the date hereof.
