Determination of Compensation.

Native Land Court Office,
Whanganui, 30th September, 1891.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Whanganui, on Thursday, the 29th day of October, 1891, for the purpose of ascertaining what amount of compensation ought to be paid to the Native owners of the land known as part of the Kai-iwi Block, in the Nukumaru Survey District, in respect to those portions taken under Order in Council dated the 11th day of May, 1889, for the purposes of the Foxton–New Plymouth Railway; and also for the purpose of ascertaining who are the persons entitled to receive such compensation, and what land is affected by the said Order in Council.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Auckland, on the 2nd day of November, 1891, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for investigating the case mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons having objections to the dealing are hereby notified to attend.
