The applicant claims as the essential particulars of this
trade-mark the device and the fancy word or letters "Ti-Ta,"
and disclaims the right to the exclusive use of the added
matter except the name.
Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-
mark shall apply.
Chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and
pharmacy, such as cod-liver oil, medicated articles, patent
medicines, plasters, rhubarb.
Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicant
desires the Trade-mark to be registered.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this
Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposi-
tion to the registration of the trade-mark.
