by the land in the occupation of William Telford.

2. "That such enlarged district be called the Waitohi Flat
   Water-supply District."

3. "That the said Waitohi Flat Water-supply District
   shall be constituted from and after the 25th day of August,
   1891."

4. "That the foregoing resolutions be adopted at a special
   meeting of the Council to be called for and held on the 8th
   day of July, 1891."

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.

For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.
