THE following special order, made by the Ekatahuna Road Board, is published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.

THAT, for the purpose of securing payment of the sum of £100 granted to the Board under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the erection of a bridge at Hawera Road, a special rate of ten-sixteenths of a penny in the pound be made and levied on the rateable value of the following Sections: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20A, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, and 28, Block II., Sections Nos. 6 and 7, Block III., all in the Mangaone Survey District, and Section No. 20, Block XIV., Mangahao Survey District. Such special rate shall be an annually-recurring rate, and will be paid, in two half-yearly instalments for twenty-six years, on the 1st day of February and the 1st day of August in each year until the debt is liquidated.

I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly made.
