WHEREAS a declaration has ben lodged with me, made by the registered Proprietors of Allotments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, Block II., Allotments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, Block VI., Township of Kakanui North, of the loss of the certificates of title for the said land, Register-book, Vol. xxxiii., folios 185, 190, 191: I hereby give notice that I intend to issue provisional certificates of title for the said land to LEWIS GORDON FENWICK, of Hyde, Station Manager, and GEORGE AUFRERE FENWICK, of Dunedin, Agent, the registered Proprietors thereof, unless caveat be lodged here forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of publication hereof.
