NOTICE.

THE CROMWELL DISTRICT BREWERY COMPANY (LIMITED).

TAKE notice, at an extraordinary meeting of the Cromwell District Brewery Company (Limited), held at Cromwell on the 25th day of June, 1891, a resolution was passed as follows :—
“ That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily.”
Dated at Cromwell, this 26th day of June, 1891.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, THOMAS FRANCIS BOYLAN, SAMUEL TANFIELD, and BENJAMIN CRANWELL, as Glass and Earthenware Merchants, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that the same business will in future be carried on by the said Samuel Tanfield, Benjamin Cranwell, and by Herbert Charles Hanchard, under the same style as formerly.
Dated at Auckland, this 9th day of July, 1891.
