A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the Lessor, under Lease No. 1206, over Rural Section 25343, Westerfield District (Vol. xlix., folio 282); Rural Sections 3958, 3959, 3960, 3961, Ashburton District (Vol. lxxxi., folio 91); Rural Sections 15357, 15358, 15359, Westerfield District (Vol. lxxxix., folio 57); and Rural Section 22242, Ashburton District (Vol. cxxxiv., folio 105), of which EDWARD CORBITT is the registered Lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such re-entry at the expiration of one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the amendments thereof, and in the matter of Munro, Hutchison, and Co. (Limited).
T HE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st day of July, 1891, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to William Laurence Simpson, of Dunedin, Company Manager, the Official Liquidator of the said company, at his office, Exchange Buildings, Liverpool Street, Dunedin; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator, are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Registrar’s Office, in the Supreme Courthouse at Dunedin, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Tuesday, the 11th day of August, 1891, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Registrar’s said Office, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.

A T an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the company’s office, Panama Street, Wellington, on Friday, the 19th day of June, 1891, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place, on Tuesday, the 7th day of July, 1891, the following special resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and that Francis Edward Petherick of the City of Wellington, Clerk, be appointed Liquidator.”
