A GENERAL Meeting of the above company will be held on the 26th August, 1891, at 2 p.m., at the office of Mr. R. F. Cuthbertson, Esk Street, Invercargill, to receive final accounts of the liquidation of the said company.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which was for some time prior to the 3rd day of February, 1891, carried on by WILLIAM POSTLETHWAITE, ROBERT HODGSHON POSTLETHWAITE, ELIJAH BROWN, and the late RICHARD ALFRED BARKER, under the firm or style of “The Temuka Flax-mill Company,” at Temuka, in the trade or business of flax-spinners, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the said 3rd day of February, 1891.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
For yearly statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
