Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Leasing as a Small Grazing Run in Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the twenty-eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart the section of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto for leasing as a small grazing run, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the run mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley, of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one hundred and sixty-second section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the sections of land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for application as village homesteads for perpetual leasing, upon the terms and conditions fixed by an Order in Council issued on the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, and made under the one hundred and sixty-third section of the said Act.

Subdivision of the Warepa Bush Reserve, situated about six miles from Waitepeka Railway-station, or four miles from Warepa Railway-station; sixty-one miles south of Dunedin.

The sections are partly cleared, except 56, 58, 59, 60, and 61, which are wholly covered with bush, are partly undulating and partly rough and broken, and are all watered.
