PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between HORATIO DUMVILLE NELSON, ROBERT MOATE, and GEORGE HENRY GREENWOOD, as Tea Merchants in Christchurch and elsewhere in New Zealand, under the style of “Nelson, Moate, and Co.,” has, upon and from the 15th day of May, 1891, been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business of the late firm will henceforth be carried on by the said Horatio Dumville Nelson and George Henry Greenwood, upon their own account and for their own benefit, under the style of “Nelson, Moate, and Co.”

All outstanding debts due to or by the late firm will be respectively received or paid by the said Horatio Dumville Nelson and George Henry Greenwood.

NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership for some time past existing between the undersigned, at New Plymouth, as Seedsmen, under the name of “W. B. Davies and Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. W. B. Davies (who continues the business on his own account) will receive all credits and discharge all liabilities of the late firm.

In the matter of “The Phoenix Assurance Company of London Act, 1887.”

I, RICHARD MIDDLETON SIMPSON, of the City of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, General Agent and Attorney in New Zealand of the Phoenix Assurance Company of London, in pursuance of the above-mentioned Act, do hereby give notice that the situation and locality of the head office of the said company in New Zealand is at Customhouse Quay, in the City of Wellington aforesaid.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

For yearly statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
