NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each case on or before the 29th day of June, 1891.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of Mortgage No. 4994, in favour of ARTHUR LAMBARTH, over Lots 21 and 22, on deposited Plan No. 262, part of Section 240, Palmerston North, being the land described in certificate of title, Vol. xxxi., folio 87, and a declaration having been lodged with me of the destruction of the outstanding duplicate of said mortgage, I hereby give notice that I intend to dispense with the production of the said duplicate mortgage and give effect to the said discharge, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 12th day of June, 1891.

Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Jetta Gold- and Silver-mining Company as a limited company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Jetta Gold- and Silver-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations is at Puhipuhi Mining District, Whangarei, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Cameron Street, Whangarei, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is fifteen thousand pounds, in sixty thousand shares of five shillings each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is fifty thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

THE FIVE-MILE BEACH DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Five-mile Beach Gold-dredging Company (Limited), in liquidation, will be held on Thursday, the 6th day of August, 1891, at the offices of the Union Fire and Marine Insurance Company of New Zealand, Hereford Street, Christchurch, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

Business: To receive the Liquidator’s accounts and report of the winding-up and liquidation of the company’s business and property, and to determine how the books and documents of the company shall be disposed of.
